Software asset management (SAM) is a business practice that involves managing and optimizing the purchase, deployment, maintenance, utilization, and disposal of software applications within an organization. An effective SAM program must ensure that the usage of all installed software is in keeping with the terms and conditions of the specific vendor license agreement.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

The primary role is to provide SAM services to our customers with an objective to reduce risk, minimize spend and make best use of effective processes.
  • On- going support of customer s entitlement (multiple publishers)
  • Analyze customer s data – Entitlement & Inventory
  • Creating Compliance Reports for the customers
  • Performing Onsite Audits
  • Good communication skills
