Healthcare Collections Representative (remote)
Assist our client’s customers with their open balance accounts to secure payment while providing customer service and keeping good customer relationships intact for our clients.
Taking inbound calls, acting as representative of the hospital, to arrange debt repayment based on patient’s financial situation and client repayment guidelines, via credit card, check or obtained insurance, and record all updates and acquired information on accounts.
Understands and utilizes the HIPAA and TCPA talk offs on each call.
Ensure all required statements have been sent on accounts handled and request statements as necessary.
Properly handle all patient disputes, by obtaining all pertinent information and noting dispute on account and escalating to supervisor as necessary.
Assists in making outbound calls when necessary.
Performs other activities and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualification:
1. High school diploma
2. Six months of customer service in related field

Data & Business Analyst – Remote
In this role, you will support the Data Quality projects including Business Analysis for various programs. As part of the team, you will be responsible for resolving sophisticated data projects, analysis that sales teams, managers and programs face daily and quarterly. This role will require smooth execution and implementation of solutions while communicating with stakeholders and sales.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 4-5 years in a similar Data / Business analysis role
A Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s is preferred(Preferred – Computer Science / Engineering stream)
Strong proficiency in SQL scripting and analyzing datasets
Knowledge of different modeling and data mining techniques
Ability to troubleshoot issues working with Service Desk, escalating to other teams as needed.
Intermediate to Advanced experience in Python, SAS, JavaScript, Tableau and Power BI
Strong proficiency in analyzing datasets using relational databases including SQL queries, database definition, and schema design
Effective communication with peers, management, and cross-functional stakeholders
Creative problem solving and analytical skills
Confident user of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
Preferred Qualifications
Programming: Intermediate to Advanced experience in Python, R, Base SAS, JavaScript
Reporting: Intermediate experience in Tableau or similar data visualization tools.

Customer Service Rep, CREDENTIALING (Remote)
Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinating and gathering all necessary information for the successful set-up of new clients, groups and providers by professionally acquiring information from the provider or office staff.
• Compiling and maintaining current and accurate data for all providers in the TriZetto credentialing database, including data entry for all new clients into credentialing software.
• Support the completion of provider initial and re-credentialing applications, provider change forms and letters and successfully following up with Third Party insurance carriers as needed.
• Maintaining copies of current state licenses, DEA certificates, malpractice factsheets, while tracking said requirement’s validity.
• Acting as first point of contact for TriZetto Credentialing clients; frequent email and phone communication.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree / strongly preferred.
• No experience in credentialing, provider enrollment, or related field desired, but not required
• Experience with PECOs, NCQA Standards, CMS regulations related to credentialing and conducting web-based research is desired, but not required.
• CPCS or CPMSM Certification is a plus.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, in particular), internet resources and Adobe Acrobat.

Qualifications:
