Associate Operations – 5 Posts
Will be responsible for processing of EBC claims like LTA, Mobile, Internet,Telephone, & Travel claims (Domestic & International) Petty cash voucher settlement.
To process & verify claim against bills.
Approving claims & preparation of MIS reports.
Handling queries of employees.
MIS report preparation.
Processing of Lease Rent Payment Claims (LRA)
Will scrutinize the LRA claims by verifying agreements, checking KYC details, generation of daily JVs,checking TDS applicability.
Daily approval of claims,recurring JV’s,recurring payments,accountingof transactions in SAP.
Preparation of MIS reports,review of related GLs & deposits confirmation.
Accounts Operation – 6 Posts
Releasing payments & accounting of processed claims of employees & retired medical claims.
Responsible for monthly data transfer ,account closing & inter unit advice booking.
Preparation of Bank reconcillation, GL reconcillation & Vendor reconciliations.
Respond to employees queries related to payments etc.
Required Skills:-
Should have basic accounting knowledge.
Knowledge of MS Office(Excel / Outlook knowledge) is must
Should posses good communication skills both written & oral.

SAP knowledge related to accounting will be an added advantage
Qualification: B.Com/M.Com/MBA
Experience Required : 1-3 Yrs
