Job Description:
1) Associate need to work on Tasks/Jobs assigned by Leads.
2) Associates to work within Time lines and Quality Parameters to meet Client expectations
3) Associates are expected to be logical thinker and takes appropriate work related decisions in consultation with leads
4) Associates are required to raise work relevant issues on real time basis to avoid any last minute Client issues
5) Associates are expected to Login on time and being punctual as per Client requirements
6) Expected to maintain self-disciplines
7) Associates need to be proactive and assists leads for process improvement
8) Associates are required to follow organizational policies for Leaves, Attendance, work in rotational shifts, dress code
9) Associates are required to follow organizational Information Security policies (ISO/ISMS)
10) Associate need to sign Non-Disclosure Agreement for Data Security
