Tech Mahindra is conducting walkin interview to hire freshers for the role in Hr department for Noida location. Tech Mahindra Limited is an Indian multinational provider of information technology (IT), networking technology solutions, Integrated Engineering Solutions(IES) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) to various industry verticals and horizontals. Anand Mahindra is the Chairman of Tech Mahindra, which is headquartered at Pune and has its registered office in Mumbai.
1) Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
2) Source and recruit candidates.
3) Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
4) Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
5) Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
6) Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports
7) Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Candidate will be solely responsible for Telephonic Screening, Follow-up with the candidate, end to end Sourcing.
Eligibility Criteria:
1) Grad/MBA Fresher’s
2) Experience of sourcing in a consultancy
