HCL is arranging walkin interview for an urgent job vacancy for Talent Acquisition role with Shiv Nadar Foundation (on third party payroll) for Noida location.

Work Location – HCL Technologies, Sector 3, Noida
Key responsibilities:
1) Sourcing and screening potential candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems / Database, Job Portals, Postings and Networking within time frame.
2) Full Recruitment Lifecycle (candidate prospecting, candidate screening, Negotiations, candidate submission, follow-up, Interview, generating offer letters, initiating reference checks & On Boarding etc). 3) Point of contact for internal stakeholders and the senior management for all hiring requirements for the different locations.
4) Responsible for updating and sending the recruitment reports to the Management team.
5) Set up systems and processes for regular MIS reporting and comply with recruitment process.
6) Ensure recruitment compliances.
7) You should be liable to take on additional responsibilities assigned by the organization from time-to-time.

Compensation:
Up to 17000 PM + Mobile Reimbursement
