The Walmart Foundation team consists of passionate individuals committed to having a tangible impact on the communities where we live and work. This role primarily supports the daily operations of the Associates in Critical Need Trust (ACNT), a public charity, which provides grants to U.S. associates experiencing economic hardship as a result of an unforeseen crisis.

Job Description:
Reviews ACNT grant applications against the eligibility guidelines:
Approves grants within established guidelines
Follows up with applicants to resolve incomplete or inaccurate applications;
Declines ineligible applications with documented reason for the decline
Recommends solution for exceptions; and escalating exceptions that need next level approval
Monitors applications for suspected fraud, reporting any suspected fraud cases to team leadership and providing thorough documentation.

Minimum Qualifications
Associate’s degree business related field OR 1 year experience in store operations, data entry and analysis, call center operations or business-related area.
Preferred Qualifications
1 year experience working non-profit organization.
1 year experience with financial, reporting, or systems analytics.
1 year experience providing customer service.
