Job Description:
Review borrowers’ covenants and financial reporting requirements, validating exposures, searching internal systems for available financial information, data entry into workflow tool, preparing checklist of pending financial information, providing customer service to front office bankers, ensuring receipt and imaging of complete underwriting financial packages
Track jobs assigned at every stage of the process prior to underwriting
Prepare Annual Review Jobs for underwriting; review financial documents and loan agreements to determine if all required or eligible alternative documents are available to complete the annual review; review covenants and identify certain loan types to determine all the necessary documents required to perform underwriting work

Business Execution Associate – Quality Assurance – India
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant for Quality Assurance activities.
Quality Assurance activities involves reviewing documentation and data entry performed during the loan trade life cycle to ensure compliance with internal company requirements and/or regulations, and to ensure accuracy, completeness, validity, and consistent entry in timely manner.
Provide support to policy teams/businesses and ensure alignment among policies, standards, and procedures, and with the corporate-level risk management framework.
Establish quality assurance processes, perform quality control testing, review data integrity, communicate key metrics to LOB Leadership, and communicate errors to team members and leadership in a timely manner.
Ensure customer impacting errors are corrected. The service also ensures customer impacts due to mistakes are mitigated. Facilitate internal and risk asset review audit requirements
Qualifications:

Desired Qualifications:

Assist Profit Formula Financial Advisor(s) colleagues with service and operational related activities such as providing service to clients via telephone, direct interaction and/or written correspondence

Independent Testing Specialist – Software Testing – India
Participate in less complex development and design of methodologies and standards for review activities companywide in alignment with the risk management framework
Ensure effective and appropriate testing, validation, and documentation of review activities for risk programs, risks, and controls according to standards and other applicable policies within Independent Testing
