Job Description:
Underwriting and Compliance review
Review the documents received from correspondent lenders to satisfy the conditions added by PPR, eligibility review and compliance review team. Reviewer to perform the required data entry and further review steps as per the document received from Correspondent lender.
Exposure in reviewing the below:
Loan Application, AUS Review, Credit Report, Credit Supplements, Liability analysis, Ratio calculations, Employment verifications, Income calculations including Salary, self-employment and other income, Title Verification, Appraisal, Insurance, Tax certificates, Borrowers net-worth including Bank statements, Retirement statements and Mutual Funds, Guideline analysis and reserve requirements.
Qualifications:
Graduates / Post Graduates in any stream
Knowledge of Mortgage Origination and Underwriting
Knowledge of different types of mortgage; read various documents involved in Application, Processing , Underwriting, Closing, Funding
Good written communication skills required to understand and communicate
Strong customer service skills, analytical skills
Good email etiquette and listening skills
Ability to analyze the numbers and reconcile the data if required as per the clients Requirements.
Ability to handle and accomplish multiple tasks and resolve it and must be a team player
