Job Description
The purpose of the role is to provide effective technical supportto the process and actively resolve client issues directly or throughtimely escalation to meet process SLAs.
1) Support process by managing transactions as per requiredquality standards
2) Deliver excellent customer service through effectivediagnosis and troubleshooting of client queries
3) Build capability to ensure operational excellence andmaintain superior customer service levels of the existing account/client
Qualification:
Fresher
Undergraduate/ Graduate from a from a Government recognized university
0-6 months experience in Call handling at Call Centre, preferrably from property management, real estate or similar industry
6-12 months experience in Call handling at Call Centre, preferrably from property management, real estate or similar industry
