Location: Chandigarh (IT Park) | #LI-Remote

Job Description:

Data Validation Specialist plays an integral role in the entire Scan & Capture cycle as the invoices to be delivered to the customer are thoroughly Validated by them. Data Validation Specialist has to make sure that the information being released to the customer post Manual Validation is accurate & have to immediately raise an alarm in case there is any abnormality being observed in Data Validation Cycle. Data Validation Specialist constantly explore the opportunities of improvements

Validation of Digital Invoices

Educational Criteria- Either Graduation or Three-year Diploma in any stream with 10+2 (Commerce background would be given preference).

Technical Skills- International Business Support, Back-end non-voice process (Non-Technical), Validation/Indexing of data, Typing.

Good to have- Basic knowledge of Excel & MS Word, Excellent Communication Skills.

Total Experience– Minimum 2 Years’ experience in Back-end non-voice process (non-technical) with client facing role as an added advantage.

Interview Criteria- 2 Rounds (Both Face to Face)

Job Requirement:

Graduation or 3 Year Diploma post 10+2 in Any Discipline is Must
Minimum 2 Years’ experience in Back-end non-voice process (non-technical) with client facing role as an added advantage.
Candidate should be able to work within tight timelines & maintain quality standards.
Should be comfortable in handling large volumes of data and manage productivity numbers.

Job Responsibilities:

Participate as part of a team responsible for the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure solutions to meet customers’ business needs, focused on end-users and end-user computing devices
Collaborate routinely with customer-nominated representatives to accomplish assigned tasks

The Helpdesk / On-Site Administrator is a full-time dedicated resource who will be responsible to oversee the fleet of printers for the customer, will assist with general account management responsibilities including monitoring and support by using the tools and processes to ensure timely supply (toner) delivery, accurate service response and other support provisions. The Helpdesk / On-Site Administrator manages business document output devices (printers and multifunctional devices) and software at our client’s location(s) with a focus on maximizing uptime, utilization and user satisfaction while minimizing costs.
