Corporate Governance Analyst/ Paralegal Analyst – USA
Job Description:
Prepare agendas for Board and Corporate Governance Committee meetings based on master agendas and input from management
Post Board and Committee meeting materials to Board portal
Track director meeting attendance for proxy
Maintain Director Information Book
Proxy statement and Annual Shareholders Meeting (ASM)
Supply director and officer equity information for proxy tables
Select proxy printer and coordinate mailing and distribution logistics
Coordinate portals for meeting materials and shareholder voting
Reserve ASM site and coordinate vendors, including Inspector of Elections, webcasting, catering, security; create signage, tickets, ballots; assist with scripts and Q&A
Prepare Annual Shareholder Meeting Booklet
Resolve any registered shareholder issues
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, strong work ethic, and sense of ownership of responsibilities
Excellent technology skills, including an eagerness to learn and manage new tools and platforms (fluency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint are required; any experience with corporate governance platforms is a plus)
Demonstrated history of self-motivation, working independently on projects, and juggling multiple priorities
Ability to follow through, meet deadlines, maintain confidentiality, anticipate requirements and build relationships

The role provides complete support coverage for equipment assigned to a Printing Systems Group (PSG) customer and specializing in Office Equipment in order to maintain the highest possible up-time for the customer.

Associate Engineer, Software Engineering – India
Experience: 3-7 Years experience in L3 Support and Deployment

Job Description:
Answering email and/or phone calls from Service Delivery Operations personnel related to requests for action, or issues with the managed service technical solution that require resolution.
Obtaining pertinent information from the User to enable complete and accurate recording of the request or issue for eventual resolution.
Provide timely and proactive communication to customers on open cases, not letting cases remain in progress without an update depending upon Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Triage tickets and resolve rudimentary issues.
Escalate to the next appropriate Resolver Group for more complex technical issues.
Take lead on dispositioning of all tickets entered by self and doing a proper follow-up with appropriate escalation teams until resolution.
Become adept in the use of the ticketing system, and routing to corresponding resolver groups without reliance on a call script to guide her/him.

Software Technical Support Analyst – United States
Job Description:
Fleet Management, Deployment and Application Management including but not limited to Security compliance, auditing & remediation per customer requirements; maintaining and updating Deployable Technology Lists; creating, uploading and assigning driver configuration files to config sets; upgrading firmware per contractual requirements; administration of Windows Server environment; change management for all Xerox applications and reporting by extracting raw data from various systems & creating custom reporting for agreed upon metrics or services.
Qualification:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio, coupled with strong time management and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within both traditional and virtual team settings.
Extensive experience in Print Output Management, including knowledge of printer technologies,
Printer MIB, SNMP protocol, and Firmware level management.
Competence in Xerox Device Manager, Configuration set functionality, and Firmware Upgrade Policies.
Solid understanding of general protocols, networking, relational database concepts, and a minimum of three years of Information Technology experience.
Preferred:
Profound understanding of Microsoft operating systems, complemented by a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields.
Familiarity with ITIL Fundamentals.
Additional expertise in YSoft SafeQ, CleoStreem, Equitrac, and Sharescan is advantageous.
