Technical Service Representative I – USA
THIS IS A FULL-TIME POSITION WITH BENEFITS. XEROX WILL PROVIDE VEHICLE, LAPTOP, CELL PHONE, ALL TOOLS NEEDED, AND ALL NECESSARY TRAINING!
Job Description:
Assume responsibility for an assigned territory
Correct service problems within the assigned product mix
Complete the required reports and records accurately and in a timely manner
Plan and install mandatory and optional retrofits
Communicate effectively with customers and Xerox employees
Attend and satisfactorily complete required Xerox training programs
Demonstrate proper care and maintenance of Xerox property
Represent Xerox to customers in a professional manner
Work and communicate effectively in a large work-group.
Qualification:
Ability to work unsupervised
Good customer skills on the phone and in person
Demonstrated competency in use of Xerox laptop applications
Previous copier/printer experience is a plus, but not required
Previous technical competence with electrical or mechanical systems is a plus, but not required
MUST HAVE VALID CLASS 5 DRIVERS LICENSE AND CLEAN DRIVERS ABSTRACT
MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK
