Data Entry/Admin/Support Specialist

Job Description:
Responsible for receipt and dispatch of all data into the company for the various Projects/Programs, in paper and electronic media from customers and suppliers alike.
Responsible for delivering data through various systems including cfolders, Sharepoint, CITIS, Livelink to suppliers and customers.
Maintain and update various data trackers for the Projects/Programs.
Responsible for maintaining a series of databases for monitoring reference numbers, recipients, authors etc.
Support with the implementation of ITAR regulations (TAA/NDA), UK Export Control regulations, UK Security regulation.
Act as a point of contact for resolving day-to-day data issues for internal and external customers as they arise.
Support Technical Publications Distribution (involves some manual handling) within the DCC, printing and packing of Aircraft manuals, delivering to onsite Postal/Shipping departments.
Working knowledge of SAP
