Technical Helpdesk Agent – United Kingdom
The role holder works as part of the Client Service Centre. They will provide technical support to Print Services Customers throughout the UK, specifically resolving incidents and providing preventative maintenance for fleets of printers and multi-function devices.
Exceed expectations, providing a first-class Customer experience;
Manage incidents and service requests in ServiceNow;
Invite Client to participate in remote solve sessions using a variety of tools to diagnose and resolve technical issues;
Order consumables/ parts and provide installation guidance to end users;
Escalate issues to other technical helpdesk teams and/ or book engineers to attend Customer sites, where more complex or persistent faults occur;
Proven track record in delivery of quality Customer service;
Strong organizational skills, able to prioritize and manage workloads;
Resilience and ability to cope under pressure;
Exceptional communication skills;
Candidate will be required to complete a Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) for this role;
