Process Operator Trainee – Netherlands (Work & Learn)
Job Description:
Performing all production processes within the department, making optimal use of all available equipment at the highest possible return and uptime, by quickly participating in disruptions in order to minimize time and yield loss;
Being able to read, understand and correctly interpret all instructions recorded in the documents OIC, IIC, and GII that are applicable to the operator;
Process monitoring by means of regular checking of the measurement data and adjusting the process using these control maps, process statements, campaign lists and corrective action lists;
Handling/analysis of coating line complaints feedback from inspectors;
Adjusting the process using control maps, process statements, campaign lists and corrective action lists.
Carrying out calibration activities;
Carrying out the necessary adjustment work and maintenance activities.
Qualification:
You do not yet have an Operator B diploma, but are willing to follow this training in a work & learning trajectory;
You have an affinity with technology or the process industry (by means of education, hobby or work experience);
You have at least VMBO managerial, mixed or theoretical background; or a transition certificate from HAVO or VWO 3 to 4; or an appropriate diploma at MBO level 3;
You have a flexible working attitude and are willing to work in 3-shifts (Mon-Fri);
You are enterprising, decisive, stress resistant and safety conscious;
You are a team player but also a team builder;
You preferably live in the Venray area.

As a process operator in training you will receive a good starting salary of 1,949 euros gross per month excluding shift allowance (22.7%) based on 5 days (40 hours) per week. In addition, you will receive a travel allowance. Process operator B training is also paid for you.
