Conduct programs of compensation and benefits and job analysis.
Market intelligence (salary survey submissions; results management; analysis; and full utilization of Market Pay).
Job infrastructure (job families, descriptions, and levels) and anchor role management and administration.

Conduct market benchmarking surveys in organizations
Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting market data, such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires, or arrange to obtain existing data
Analyze jobs using observation, survey, or interview techniques or discussions with vendor or relevant stake holder
Seek and provide meaningful information to determine Companys position in the marketplace.
Check source data to verify completeness and accuracy.
Compile reports, charts, or graphs that describe and interpret findings of analyses.
