Job Description:
Manage the MRT launch activities associated with new Organic Product programs. Interface with Manufacturing, Integrated Supply Chain, and Design Teams to enable the development, prototype, and production build of new products.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop B & C level schedules
Interface with suppliers to procure parts & tooling
Develop Product Cost Estimates
Interface with ISC to enable equipment, spares, and consumable availability
Interface with EH&S to achieve all relative certifications
Track & Status schedule adherence
Interface with all levels of management
Interface with manufacturing group to achieve all production schedules
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Mechanical or Electrical)
Prefer LSS Green Belt
Skills, Knowledge & Ability:
Superior leadership skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams delivering end to end solutions.
Experience working fast paced programs with a wide variety of stakeholders.
Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills.
Self-starter, ability to work independently with minimal day to day direction.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Manufacturing, supply chain, & logistics experience
Product development experience a Plus
Experienced User of Microsoft EXCEL, Word, and PowerPoint
