Associate – India
Job Description:
The Associate will assist with the payment of supplier invoices and process traveler expense reports. In this role, you will resolve invoice discrepancies, ensure timely payment of invoices, resolve supplier invoice inquiries and collaborate with outsourcing partners.
Research statements, past-due notices, disconnect notices and other miscellaneous mail and supplier issues.
Provide finance support for organization as requested.
Prepare reports and materials using established administrative procedures.
Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Proficient with email, spreadsheet and word processing applications

Project Engineer Intern – Canada
Job Description:
The Project Engineer Intern will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, large scale, greenfield project supporting the Engineering and Construction Management Team. In this role, the candidate would be based in Regina and join the team building a New Canola Crush Plant. This role would be integrated into many functions and manage a variety of responsibilities daily.
Gain an understanding of Construction Safety, Project Delivery Process, Plant Process, Equipment, Construction Methods, Engineering Processes, and Control Management Processes by working with a diverse group of cross-functional leaders
Develop skills in communication by working with a diverse team with various levels of language ability, educational levels, and experiences
Learn the importance of interpreting and constructing per design standards and honoring processes to govern this effort
Grow in understanding leaderships core values and its impact in creating a safe and compliant site by implementing safety and environmental regulations in line with company policies
Identify gaps, energize collaboration of teams, and seek solutions to mitigate risks
Qualifications:
Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Engineering or Construction Management, graduating between December 2024 and May 2026
Able to complete a 16-week internship May – August 2024
Possess a valid Canadian Full Class 5 Driver’s License in good standing, authorizing you to drive independently during the course of your employment
Ability to work in environmental conditions where there is a potential exposure to sun, wind, rain, pollen, dust, and insects
Proven ability to work optimally with individuals from a diverse set of backgrounds and cultures
Must possess a high degree of initiative, ownership, and resourcefulness in completing work with limited guidance

Qualifications:
