Job Description:

Work force data Admin – Employee data base management from hire to Exit OR Hire to retire. International Experience is mandate.

Compensation Admin –International experience is must with excellent communication skills. Candidate should have exp into Annual Review, Year End Planning, Merit Cycle,
Non-Recurring Pay, Off-cycle Pay, Compensation Statement, Compensation Communication, Job evaluation, RNR, Rewards, Total Rewards etc.

Performance Admin – International experience into Performance Management and succession planning will be highly preferred.

Skills Requirement – Any candidate with International exp into HR with Excellent communication skills (Training will be provided).

Years of experience – 1 to 8 Years.

Please note the role has US shift from 5 PM to 3 AM. Mon to Fri working.

CTC – Best as per industry.

Job Location – Vikhroli, Work from office.
