Job Description:
Payroll – End to end international Payroll experience is mandate (Pre and post payroll processing exp), UK payroll experience will be added advantage with success factor exp.
WFA – Employee data base management from hire to Exit OR Hire to retire. UK WFA experience will be added advantage with success factor exp.
Learning and Development – Domestic/international Learning and Development experience is must with excellent communication skills.
Onboarding – UK Onboarding admin process, international experience will be added advantage.
Skills – Any candidate with domestic /International exp into HR ops from 2 to 8 years with good communication skills (Training will be provided).
Please note we need resources with 30 to 45 days’ notice period only.
Please note the role has UK shift from 1 PM to 10 PM. Mon to Fri working.
CTC – Best as per industry.
Job Location – Vikhroli, Work from office.
