Job Description
As a Fraud Analyst at Capgemini, you’ll play a key role in safeguarding clients from fraud. Your primary duties include:
Primary Skills:
Reviewing transactions (check & digital payments) to detect fraud through monitoring systems
Analyzing financial transactions for suspicious activity, such as unusual purchase patterns
Identifying and investigating fraud trends and patterns in accounts and data
Holistic data review to provide actionable insights and recommendations
Secondary Skills:
Comfortable with US shifts (Mandatory)
Strong communication skills
Decision-making by categorizing alerts (false positive or for further review)
Meet production targets with a high standard of accuracy (90-95%)
