1. Shift Engineer / Assistant Property Manager / Building Manager / Facility Manager / Senior Facility Lead – Diploma / BE in EEE – Min 2 to 20 Years exp.
2. Soft Services – Executive / Duty Manager / Assistant Facility Manager / Facility Manager – Minimum 3 to 15 Years exp.
3. Admin Executive – Min 2 to 5 Years exp.
4. Fire Safety Officer – Any graduate + Diploma in Fire & Safety.
5. Fire Safety Manager – Any graduate + Diploma in Fire & Safety – Min 8 to 15 Years exp.
6. F&B Executive | F&B Manager Cafeteria Operations) – Any graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management – Min 2 to 10 Years exp.
7. Duty Manager (Mechanical) – Diploma in Mech – Min 10 years in handling STP, WTP, & HVAC Systems.
8. Facility Executive (Electrical) – Diploma or BE with min 2 to 5 years in handling the day to day electrical operations in the site [floor maintenance].
9. Front Office Executive – Any Graduate – Min 2 to 5 Yrs relevant experience.
10.Transport Executive – Diploma / Any Graduate – Min 1 to 4 Yrs in handling Employee Transportation
11. Helpdesk Executive – Diploma / Any Graduate – Min 2 to 4 Yrs relevant experience.
12. MIS Executive – Diploma / Any Graduate – Min 2 to 4 Yrs relevant experience.
13. HSE – Safety Executive – Diploma / Any Graduate – Min 2 to 4 Yrs relevant experience.
14. HSE – Safety Manager – Diploma / Any Graduate – Min 10 Yrs relevant experience.
15. Security Manager – Diploma / Any Graduate – Min 10 Yrs relevant experience in handling the overall physical security operations.
