1. Civil Engineer (BTech Civil) – 4 to 6 years’ experience
Or Diploma Civil – 6 to 8 years’ experience
Experienced in Industrial/ Warehousing/ Commercial Building – Site Execution, Quality monitoring, Technical solutioning.
Good Written and Verbal Communication
Location – East Region (Durgapur/Kolkata/Bhubaneswar etc.)
2. MEP Engineer (BTech Electrical/ Mechanical) – 8-10 years’ experience
Experienced in Commercial & Green field Projects, Commercial Fitout, Design & BoQ Analysis, Site Execution
Able to frontend and manage clients/stakeholders
Good in verbal and written communication
Location – East Region (Durgapur/Kolkata/Bhubaneswar/Patna etc.)
3. Civil & Interior Fitout (B Tech Civ/ B Arch) – 8 to 10 years’ experience
Experienced in commercial fitout, site execution, vendor management, technical solutioning,
Design & BoQ vetting, planning
Excellent Written & Verbal Communication to manage client deliverables
