Are you looking to work for a company that is celebrating its 100th anniversary? The Ridge Tool Company in Elyria, OH is excited to announce that we will be holding Open Interviews for manufacturing positions on August 17th from 7:00am – 5:00pm. We invite all interested candidates to come and meet with us and learn more about the exciting career opportunities we have to offer. The Open Interviews will take place at 261 Prospect Street, Elyria, OH 44035.
Our plant currently has a number of openings across various departments, including assembly, machine operation, CNC, heat treat and cycle counting. We are looking for talented and dedicated individuals who are ready to join our team and help us achieve our goals.
During the Open Interview event, you will have the opportunity to meet with our recruitment team, learn more about the positions available, and take a tour of our facility. We encourage all candidates to come prepared and be ready to discuss their skills and experience. Candidates are asked to wear closed toe and closed heel shoes.
Positions Available:
Assembler
Machine Operator
CNC Operator/Set-up Operator
Cycle Counter
Inspection
Heat Treat Operator
Qualification:
High school diploma or GED.
All candidates must be able to work any shift.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50lbs.
Ability to communicate effectively and work in a cooperative manner to support a team environment.
