What We’re Looking For

Qualification: BSC graduates or BE graduates

Experience:

1 to 3 years of experience with good English speaking and writing skills.

Great communication skills—you’ll need to write and talk effectively.

Open-mindedness to work across cultures and people.

A knack for working in fast-paced, timeline-driven environments.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Handling customer complaints in our complaint management system.

Working closely with awesome cross-functional teams (think Intake, MDR, and Investigation) to keep things running smoothly.

Organizing and managing daily tasks like a pro.

Following processes to the letter (yes, we’re all about compliance!).

Keeping your lead associate in the loop with regular updates.
