Job Responsibilities:
3 to 8 Years of experience in QA role in BFS domain. (Please do not include insurance, PPI experienced candidates), preferable experienced in leading a QA team.
Develop and deploy a Quality Approach mechanism for the services delivered.
Responsible for monitoring and maintaining quality and compliance targets of Service.
Deploy Tracking, reporting and feedback mechanisms on place from a QA standpoint.
Structured Problem solving, through the application of the lean Six sigma tools.
Should be able to develop Root Cause Analysis for any incidents that may be reported along with corrective actions.
Analyzing the pain points through the historical data to arrive at top contributors of errors
Should be able to develop action plans based on analysis of QA scores and drive them where required.
Ensure the adherence of the QMS through process & ISO audits.
Prepare and Maintain the QMS documentation
Innovator & Out-of-Box thinker who is willing to go an extra mile
Sound presentation and communication skills
