Mega Walking drive for Health care TRAINER (Dec 2nd and 3rd ,2024)
Job Responsibilities:
Train new agents on client-specific processes and ensure they are process-ready with the necessary skills.
Evaluate, Review and identify training needs to equip staff with essential knowledge.
Assist in developing training standards and assess performance.
Update and keep training materials current.
Collaborate with stakeholders on training methods and scoring.
Implement feedback from training managers and leads for improvements.
Responsible for maintaining high throughput from training to production.
Eligibility Criteria
NOTE: *TRAINER- Health care* RCM and Denial Management Must
· 2-8 years Exp in RCM and Denials with Very Good communication skills
· Good listening and comprehension abilities
· Able to speak and coordinate with other functions in order to resolve the issues on time
· Analytical & problem-solving skills.
Candidate should bring 2 copies of updated resume.

“We are looking for candidates having 1-2 years of experience in creating international shipping documents and working with the transportation carrier etc.
Trade compliance knowledge is not a requirement for these roles.
Job Description:
Approval on Shipping Docs
Monitoring and managing the ticket queue
Respond to and follow up with orders in a timely manner
Meet the agreed SLA/KPI
Orders placed in the queue, need to be submitted through the supplier ordering portal
EOR & IOR
Commercial Invoice Creation
Shipment Booking
Create shipping docs
Create AWB and PL
Provide the shipping docs and tracking information to the requester by coordinating with multiple teams
Monitor the ticket till final delivery.
Basic knowledge of Logistics and supply chain
Communication skills
Shift Night Shift – Cab will be provided
