Carry a print out your updated resume;

Candidates to carry mobile charger and ear/headphones to the hiring venue for in-person assessments and evaluations

Job Description:

Managing the end-to-end life cycle of the customer complaint process

Supporting the internal phone lines to help our colleagues and customers with complaints and bump ups

Finding customer-focused solutions that balance needs of the customers with those of the Bank

Supporting and challenging colleagues to make sure that all complaints get resolved in a timely and professional manner

Identifying areas for improvement in the Bank, on the back of complaints you deal with

Making sure that all follow-up actions that we organise as a result of a complaint are completed

Providing timely updates on complaints to customers and internal stakeholders while also ensuring

you are providing AMAZEING service via telephone, email or letter

Recording clear notes on the Bank’s system to allow other colleagues to follow up on the complaint process

Job Description:

Process Specialist Resource planning

Strong working knowledge of being in forecasting/workforce management/real time analyst for a large (preferably UK) contact center

– Analyzing project demands, resource availability and constraints to develop effective resource allocation plans

– Collaborating with project managers, department heads and stakeholders from within client organization to understand resource requirements and project timelines

– Developing and implementing resource planning strategies to align resource allocation with project demands and organizational goals

– Optimizing resource utilization by identifying and resolving conflicts, bottlenecks or imbalances in resource allocation

– Maintaining accurate resource records and documentation, including resource schedules, utilization reports and allocation decisions
