Things to remember while entering the campus:
Keep your double dose vaccination certificate handy while entering campus. There will be random checks at the gate by the Security team

Excellent Technical skills in Reports, Forms, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements etc.
Well versed with Object Oriented (OO) concepts of SAP ABAP
Good knowledge of ABAP Debugging, SAP Code inspector & other SAP standard tools w.r.t development.
Good knowledge of Quality & code review processes.
Knowledge on any of the niche skills ODATA, Workflow, Adobe Forms, Fiori, HANA checks etc
Change Management, ITIL Certification:
ITIL framework experience
Ensure that change implementation risk is understood and mitigated to increase the likelihood of successful implementation at first attempt
Ensure that all changes are managed as planned within the timescales agreed with the change requester
Escalate any changes which are damaging the quality of the Capgemini Outsourcing NA service.
Identify metrics for Capacity Management
.Net full stack:

Perform quality reviews on all SAP authorization roles created or changed
