Corrosion Engineer
Experience: 5-15 Years
Should have experience in Oil & Gas Refinery, Petrochemical, Chemical.
Experience in systemization / corrosion loop development and Piping circuit development
Thorough knowledge in ASME Codes, API Codes (API 510, 570, 580 and 653), NACE documents and industry best practices on Corrosion and Materials
QUALIFICATION:
BE/ME-Mechanical/ Metallurgy Engineering. API 571/510/570
Inspection Engineer
Experience in latest and advanced NDT techniques.
Ability to prepare and interpret Inspection reports of different equipment and piping with details such as key findings of equipment.
Inspection data gathering and analysis for IDMS implementation.
Reviews inspection data and assists RBI evergreening or corrosion study validation.
Thorough knowledge in ASME Codes, API Codes (API 510, 570 and 653)
QUALIFICATION:
BE- Mechanical/ Metallurgy/Corrosion Engineering.
API 510/570 Certification
NDT level 2 UT, RT, MP, DPT
Integrity Engineer
Expertise in Integrity Data Management, RBI Analysis and Tools experience
API 581, API 580, API 510 Certification (Good to have)
NDT Techniques, Inspection reports, Data Collection for Piping and Fix Equipment, Systemization and Circuitization, Corrosion Loop Development
Knowledge of CML/TMLS(Conditioning Monitoring Location/Thickness Measurement Location)
Candidate should be from oil and gas / petrochemical domain
RAM Engineer
Experience: 8-12 Years
Develop and update Reliability, Availability, Maintainability Models
Experience in RAM model development
RAM modelling and analysis software (e.g, DNV-Maros, HBK- Block Sim, Bentley-ARMS, Isographs-Av Sim etc.) Reliability, Availability, Maintainability (RAM) modelling for Oil & Gas Upstream projects to optimize system’s performance and minimize cost associated with maintenance and repair of equipment.
Should have experience in Oil & Gas Refinery, Petrochemical industry
QUALIFICATION REQUIRED: BE/B.tech – Mechanical/ Chemical.
RBI Engineer (Risk Based Inspection)
Experience: 5-15 Years
Asset Criticality Assessment, Risk Based Inspection, Corrosion Loop, Asset Integrity, Inspection Planning, Integrity data management system (IDMS), Asset Strategy, Risk
Analysis, Risk review, Non-Destructive Testing, GE-APM
Facilitate Corrosion Review, Risk Review, and Inspection Planning Review session
Responsible for all RBI configuration and data load activities \ results
Experience in Working on GE-APM platform (good to have) API 510/570/580 Certification or NDT level 2 UT, RT, MP, DPT • Should have experience in Oil & Gas Refinery/ Petrochemical
