Data Project Manager (SAP PM implementation)
Job Description
Minimum 8-12 years’ experience in Engineering and/or Maintenance field in Oil & Gas Industry, developing, leading, and executing proven maintenance reliability programs preferred.
Knowledge & understanding of Engineering Drawings like P&IDs/PFDs/SLDs etc.
Knowledge of SAP S4HANA/ECC PM & MM Modules to mine and analyze data for trends/reports.
Proficient with SAP Implementation projects PM & MM modules, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point Strong analytical, leadership, and communication (both written and verbal) skills Fluent in English (both written and verbal skills).
Qualification:
BE/ME – Mechanical/Electrical / Process / Chemical or equivalent.
Maintenance & Material Data Engineer
Job Description
Maintenance and Material Data creation, cleansing, classification, verification, validation, standardization, and enrichment activities for ERP / CMMS master data management (MDM) as per SAP PM / MM module compliance.
Master equipment list (MEL) / asset register preparation.
Develop and populate functional locations, its descriptions and object types.
Identify maintenance spares from vendor documents.
Review Recommendation of new spares from vendor documents and spare parts inter-changeability record (SPIR).
MRO Spares Coding and develop Bill of Materials (BOM). Maintenance, SAP PM/MM, MRO, SPIR, MDM.

Master Data Specialist
Job Description
Creation, Modification and maintenance of master data related maintenance work management, including equipment, Functional locations and maintenance plans.
Data accuracy and consistency across the SAP system by implementing data governance practices.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate maintenance data with hands on experience of materials management(MM) and Plant maintenance (PM).
Support data migration of master data by correctly mapped validated data.
Develop and implement procedure for data population and validation.
Should be well aware about SAP ERP system.

Job Description
• Experience of maintaining the Instruments, Valves, transmitters, Sensors, Control systems (DCS/PLC, SCADA), Analyzers and F &G systems etc.
• Experience with GE-APM Reliability Analytics, SIL study and Exida will be an added advantage.
Experience with SAP R3 particularly in Maintenance modules & extraction of various work order/ spare status reports, etc. Knowledge of IEC standards.
• CMRP/CRE/Functional safety certification would be an added advantage.

Job Description

Job Description
Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure timely acquisition and delivery of maintenance materials and parts.
Create and prioritize work orders for maintenance tasks, ensuring that material requirements are clearly defined and communicated.
Ensure that all necessary tools, equipment, and materials are available and in good condition for maintenance activities. Create new PMs., Modify PMs and Raise PR.
Identify required materials for execution and master them into the work management system (SAP PM).
Consult with OEM for recommended maintenance procedures, Bill of Material (BOM), etc. as needed.

RAM Engineer
