L&T TS has organized Open walk in Drive – Bangalore Location on 19th October 2024
Job Description:
Experience on Robotic simulation in Automotive manufacturing process.
Experience in:Fanuc and Yaskawa robot teaching
Operation of laser bonding equipment and robots. Hands-on experience with Fanuc,
Motoman, KUKA & ABB robots and other robots will be an added advantage.
Experience on layout optimization. Experience on manufacturing processes like spot welding, riveting, Adhesive & Sealing, Stud welding, material handling.
Experience on Arc welding, hemming, clinching, laser welding, screwing will be an added advantage.
Experience on identifying tools/equipment/mockups preparations for above manufacturing processes. Experience on Fixture, tool & Gun Kinematics.
Experience on Tool validation, weld spot distribution, work cell preparation, weld gun finalization, robot path preparation.
Awareness on RCS, OLP, documentation, cycle time analysis & optimization will be an added advantage.
Japanese language N3 level must
Interact with Client and stakeholders located at different location across Japan to get required inputs and understand requirement
SOFTWARES: Process Simulate, Delmia V5, MS OFFICE (MUST)
Qualification – B.E
Experience – 3 to 7 yrs
