• Expert in Product design methodologies (Understanding of FMEA requirements, cost + quality awareness)
• Expert in Sheetmetal component design and detailing, Strong hands-on CAD skills in Sheet metal, Welding, Material selection & tolerance stack up.
• Good understanding of Design for Manufacturing/ Assembly/ Service concepts, Good in GD&T, Welding, ISO standards of Materials, Grades & Tolerances
• Efficiently communicate with the Tech Lead, Project Managers & all other stake holders, Like to work with complex engineering problems and have a creative approach to new challenges.
• Be process oriented and have a structured way of working.
