Experience with GE-APM Reliability Analytics, SIL study and Exida will be an added advantage.
Experience with SAP R3 particularly in Maintenance
modules & extraction of various work order/ spare status reports, etc.
Knowledge of IEC standards.
CMRP/CRE/Functional safety certification would be an added advantage.

Maintenance Analyst

Location: Vadodara/Chennai

Experience: 2-6 Years

Participates in the data and analytics value chain,
proactively using all P&O M&R related data to generate MI, performance insights, and improvement recommendations.
Facilitates external benchmarking for centrally driven M&R efforts, owning the external relationship, scoping the terms of reference, agreeing on the terms of the contract, providing and validating data, reviewing the study results, and turning insights into action.
Drives standardized M&R performance management through the implementation of reports into the regions, delivering consistency across the regions, and identifying and sharing good practices among the regions.

Maintenance Planner

Experience: 3-12 Years

Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure timely acquisition and delivery of maintenance materials and parts.
Create and prioritize work orders for maintenance tasks, ensuring that material requirements are clearly defined and communicated.
Ensure that all necessary tools, equipment, and materials are available and in good condition for maintenance activities. Create new PMs., Modify PMs and Raise PR.
Identify required materials for execution and master them
into the work management system (SAP PM). Consult with OEM for recommended maintenance procedures, Bill of Material (BOM), etc. as needed.

Maintenance Engineer

Experience: 10-15 Years

Overall ownership for the development and deployment of maintenance builds for new projects.
Develop and assign risk-based reliability strategies for installed equipment, utilizing Equipment Strategies. The strategies are based on the standard Central process with a standard set of tools to develop the strategy and will require leadership for the development of Job Plans, Planned Maintenance Routines and Maintenance Procedures. Incorporate reliability and maintenance input into trade-off decisions for equipment. selection and specification including equipment criticality reviews, condition-based monitoring requirements, plant sparing, levels of redundancy, TAR Strategy, standardization and major component selection based on life cycle costing.

Maintenance & Material Data Engineer

Experience: 8-12 Years

Maintenance and Material Data creation, cleansing,
classification, verification, validation, standardization, and enrichment activities for ERP/CMMS master data management (MDM) as per SAP PM/MM module compliance.
Master equipment list (MEL) / asset register preparation.
Develop and populate functional locations, its descriptions and object types.
Review Recommendation of new spares from vendor
documents and spare parts inter-changeability record (SPIR). MRO Spares Coding and develop Bill of Materials
(BOM) criticality analysis and optimization.
Cleansing, standardization, enrichment, and de-duping of coded/ existing spares.

SAP PM Engineer/SAP Data Analyst

Experience: 3-6 Years

Reviewing Bills of Materials and maintaining existing Bills of Materials in SAP system.
Exp in major equipment like- Pumps, compressors, Turbines, etc. and understanding of their BOM structures.
Knowledge of SAP DMS and understanding of reference documents required for BOM.
Well trained and knowledgeable on Maintenance and Material Data creation, cleansing, classification, verification, validation, standardization, and enrichment activities for ERP/CMMS master data management (MDM) as per SAP PM/MM. CMMS Data Lead

Experience: 3-6 Years

SAP ERP Data project manager with expertise in SAP S4HANA PM
& MM functional modules, Master data migration from Legacy to
SAP S4HANA system, SAP S4HANA/ECC implementation. Develop and Implement Maintenance data management plan tailored to the regional needs and in line with overall project objectives.
Develop and maintain region-specific Statements of Work (SOW), resource plans, timelines, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor and measure Maintenance & Materials management data activities.
SAP Plant Maintenance Master Data Creation- Asset Hierarchy, Asset Register, Functional Location, and Equipment Master, Class & Characteristics, Work center, Measuring Points.

Information Management Coordinator

Work Location: Vadodara/Delhi/Chennai

Experience: 6-10 Years

Assist Information Management Lead to ensure compliance with the Document Management sections of Project Plans, Contract Coordination Procedures, and Purchase Orders.
Prepare performance measurements, reporting, assessment of Contractor’s Document Management program. Ensure project documents are timely controlled, accessible and current at all project locations.
Responsible for the maintenance and compliance of all scope required deliverables. Maintain Master Document Register (MDR) and Document Distribution Matrix (DDM) requirements, ensuring implementation. Project forms, documents templates, registers, training, and applicable tools including but not limited to document and data management systems.
Execute progressive handover of the project documents to the operating/manufacturing organization. Prepare and issue periodic reports describing status and issues for overall document delivery on the project. IMC, Aconex, SP

Maintenance Data Engineer

Experience: 6-10 Years

Understanding technical details about mechanical and instrumentation equipment such as pumps, compressors, turbines, heat exchangers, vessels and various field instruments like Pressure/Level/Temperature Transmitter, Control Valves etc.
Interpret and work with technical documentation including P&IDs, isometric drawings, equipment datasheets, electrical documents/drawings and instrumentation schematics. Utilize MS Office tools effectively for reporting,
documentation, and communication.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), with a preference for SAP
