Education: Degree or Diploma holders in Engineering from Mechanical, Electrical, Civil and Control & Instrumentation disciplines.
Experience: 3 to 20 years related to the power industry in relevant functions is a must.
Supply Chain Management
Job involves in procurement of Mechanical static equipment, Rotary Equipment, Mechanical packages, Electrical and Instrumentation materials, Construction / Bulk materials, Construction & Erection services and Logistics for Projects. For Manufacturing job involves in ordering large, fabricated items, casting & forgings procurement, vendor selection, evaluation & negotiation, ordering heavy-duty gear box & hydraulics and Vendor development & expediting.
Manufacturing
Job involves supervisory of shopfloor manufacturing process for painting, coating, surface preparation, Prioritise safety, quality (First-Time Right) and housekeeping (5S). Supervise workmen to ensure efficient timely completion of job. Proficiency in CNC and fabrication, Programming in Generator manufacturing, SAP and Knowledge of TQM, TPM and KAIZEN will be advantage.
Design Engineering
Job involves basic and detail design engineering of power plant projects. The requirements are in Process, Auxiliary, Civil & Structural, Auxiliary, Stress Analyst, Electrical layout design, Piping Stress Analysis, Ceaser 2, piping support, Tekla modeler, S3D administrator, Piping Layout, Smart P&ID, Pressure and Non-Pressure Parts.
Planning Management
Jobs involve production planning, scheduling, monitoring inventory management, process optimisation, reporting and documentation for the activities planned in each manufacturing process. Experience in using Primavera (P6), SAP, MS Project, ERP and MIS Reporting will be advantage.
Health, Safety & Environment
Job involves implementation, operation, maintenance of HSE requirements and training of personnel for compliance at manufacturing units as per HSE standards.
Quality Management
Job involves development, implementation and maintenance of Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes including conducting inspection & testing of equipment for Manufacturing process. Knowledge of inspection of component, third party witness inspection, Inspection of welding, NDT, UT, PT, MT & RT will be advantage.
Plant Engineering & Maintenance
Job involves in maintenance of CNC equipment (GPM, HBM, VTL, SPM, high speed machining), preventive and predictive maintenance, 5S implementation, Kaizen. Knowledge of ISO system, hydraulic circuit, interface between electrical & mechanical/pneumatic system, conversant with PLC logic, ladder diagram.
