Responsible for handling customer request meeting all the SLAs (TAT, productivity, and Quality).

All 5 days work from Office.
Ability to Understand process knowledge quickly and efficiently.
Required
Good analytical and communication skills.
Basic knowledge in MS office.

Qualification: BBA/B.Com and MBA HR Full Time Graduates
B.Tech/BE/BSc- computer science/BCA Graduates are not eligible
