Back-office Executive

Back Office – Service Team Member – Existing Installation

Walk-In Interview on 18th Feb 2025,

Timing: 9 AM to 12 PM

Chakan MIDC Phase-II, Taluka-Khed, Pune -410501, India

Job Responsibilities:

Key Activities within the EI (Existing Installation) Stream include:

Support the EI team in tracking and resolving Process deviations.

Training and User Support.

Tracking and monitoring service contracts, leads and opportunities, along with various daily & monthly process performance monitoring indicators.

Provide relevant dashboards and MIS to the Branch and Head office teams.

Coordinate with customers to obtain order related documents.

Perform documentation, completeness, and compliance checks of the service contracts and orders received from the customer.

Support on all EI service contracts and Order management.

Review and analysis the contracts to identify the potential risk.

Collaborate with legal and finance team to resolve EI contracts related concerns and issues.

Qualification:

Graduate Degree or equivalent

Knowledge and experience (0-2 years):

Good command of English (both written and verbal)

Local Language proficiency is a bonus

Analytical, conceptual, proactive, solution oriented

Service-minded with hands-on mentality

Enterprise Service Management – ESM tool knowledge is a plus

A strong working knowledge of Excel is a must; PowerPoint is a bonus

SAP working experience is a plus

Good communication skills
