We are looking for Service Engineers in Mumbai and have scheduled a Walk-In Drive at Schindler House on 21st September 2024. If you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Service, Maintenance, Customer Handling, we would love to meet you there !!

Walk-In Interview on 21st September 2024

Timing: 9:30 am to 12:00 pm

Job Description:

The Service Engineer will be responsible for repairs and maintenance of the installations in his route/territory with the help of the sub-contractors and generating revenue through sales of spare parts resulting into zero downtime, breakdowns and customer call backs.

Job Responsibility:

Execute the periodic maintenance of the installations in his/her route as per agree timelines and considering the Schindler Safety and Quality standards.

Attend the call backs as and when received and complete the loop by providing feedback.

Plans the jobs and provides supervision to the sub-contractors’ workers for timely completion of the service..

Ensures high customer satisfaction and ensure compliance of CoC.

Qualification:

2-8 years of experience in service/ maintenance from elevator or similar industry

Education: BE/ITI/ Diploma Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics)
