Work Location: VADODARA (Gujarat)
We are hiring for C295 Final Assembly Line
1. Senior Technician: Electrical (Functional Tester & System Installer)
Qualifications: AME or Diploma with 5 – 8 years of experience
Functional testing of avionic systems
Experienced in the installation of various avionics components such as radios, radars, and instruments,
etc.
2. Senior Technician : Mechanical
Qualifications: AME or Diploma with 5 – 8 years of experience
Functional testing of avionic systems
Experienced in the installation of various avionics components such as radios, radars, and instruments,
etc.
3. Supervisor – Production
Qualifications: AME or Diploma with 10-15 years of experience | BE/B.Tech with 6-8 years of experience
Good knowledge of Drilling, Riveting, Fastener Installation like soldering and Other special processes.
Ability for problem solving of non-routine tasks. Ability to influence and guide teams.
Good understanding of the budgeting and resource planning process, ability to provide inputs for planning of resources in his/her area of work & adherence of production schedule
4. Quality Inspector – Electrical
Qualifications: AME or Diploma with 5 – 8 years of experience
Responsibilities:
Knowledge of AS9102 FAI, Assembly Drawing, Electrical, Avionics Equipment Installation and Functional Checks on aircraft.
Hands-on experience in Manufacturing/Maintenance process (i.e. Inspection of stripping, Crimping, Soldering and Special process etc.
5. Quality Inspector – Mechanical
Qualifications: AME or Diploma or B.Tech with 5-8 years of experience
AS9102 FAI, Inspection of aerostructures, mechanical system assemblies (Hydraulic, Flight Control, Air Pressurization checks, etc.
Handling of laser tracker, CMM/ARM, Calibration, Instruments, and gauges.
