Qualification: – BE/ B Tech /M Tech [Mechanical Engineering]
Primary Skillset: Vehicle Integration (PTC Creo)
Experience: 1 – 5 Years
Location: Pune
Domain – Commercial Vehicle, DMU, 2D/3D Modeling, Layout Designing

Job Description:
Carry out 3D modelling, 2D drawings, assembly in PTC Creo.
DMU management & integrating automotive systems.
Good knowledge of automotive systems.
Knowledge of DFMEA & root cause analysis.
Conceptualize & workout detail designs.
Conduct design reviews & co-ordination with CFT.
Vehicle Performance Calculations.
Project documentation & preparation for management reviews.
Involve in benchmark studies.
Prepare vehicle technical specs & offer drawings.
Prepare vehicle layouts.
Technical documentation preparation and Review.
Co-ordination for prototype build and support.
Workout value engineering proposals.
Interact with suppliers for component development.
Prepare project time plans.
Exp in Automotive OEM with “SCV/LCV/ICV/HCV/BUSSES”.
Preferred:
Proficiency in Pro-e 3D & 2D, JT and Team Centre PLM
Strong knowledge vehicle architecture, modularity.
Relevant experience and knowledge in vehicle engineering and powertrain integration.
Basic knowledge of manufacturability, serviceability and assembly
