Job Requirement:
– Good communication skills, written and verbal both
– Learning skills – Being attentive, Ability to work within a team and building relationships with customers and team members
– Minimum 6 months & above Experience of working in live chat processes or customer services or Telecoms industry (Mandatory)
– Experience with Upselling / Proactive Sales on live chat would be an added advantage.
– Working knowledge of MS Office applications like Word & Excel
– Problem Solving Skills
– WOK FROM OFFICE ONLY
– IMMEDIATE JOINERS
– Being persuasive and diligent
– Basic level of Computer proficiency
– Upselling
– Looking for minimum 6months of international chat exp only .
SHIFT TIMINGS
15 Hours rotational US work window, 6 pm IST to 10.30 am IST
Salary- 3.6 LPA- 4.8 LPA ( depends on your last withdrawn salary)
