BEL, Bengaluru complex is conducting walk in interview for the post of Management Industrial Trainee for a period of one year extendable up to three years:
Walk-In Selection (Written Test) for the Engagement of Management Industrial Trainee at BEL.
WALK IN INTERVIEW FOR MANAGEMENT INDUSTRIAL TRAINEE FOR THE YEAR 2024-25
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
1. Only Indian Nationals are eligible.
2. Candidates should have passed ICWA Inter / CA Inter.
3. Candidate’s upper age limit is maximum of 25 years as on dt 01.01.2025
4. Relaxation of 5 years for SC & ST candidates, 3 years for OBC candidates and 10 years for Persons with disabilities.
5. Candidates who have acquired or pursuing higher qualifications are not eligible.
6. Candidates who do not possess ICWA Inter pass/ CA Inter pass certificate are not eligible
SELECTION PROCESS:
1. Selection is purely on the basis of Performance of both, their Academics & Interview.
2. Statutory Reservation will be as per Government norms.
3. Selected candidates will be informed through E-Mail followed by publishing of list of selected candidates in BEL Website.
INFORMATION TO CANDIDATES:
1. Initial tenure of the training shall be One year. However, extension of one more year may be considered after reviewing the performance of the candidate. The tenure of the MIT including their extension shall be maximum of Three years.
2. Monthly stipend payable is Rs. 18,000 for 1st Year, 19,000 for 2nd Year and 20,000 for 3rd Year/-.
3. Canteen facility will be provided on chargeable basis.
4. Transport facility will be provided on chargeable basis.
5. No TA/DA will be paid to candidates appearing for selection process.
6. Candidates must produce ORIGINAL ICWA Inter pass/ CA Inter pass certificate issued by competent authority at the time of verification.
7. Suppression off acts & furnishing false information will lead to disqualification/Rejection of candidature.
8. Canvassing in any form will result in disqualification.
9. Free OPD Medical at BEL hospital as per company norms.
10. Group Personal Accident Insurance policy for a sum insured of `5,00,000/-
11. Subsidized Accommodation are provided on chargeable basis.
12. Interested candidate have to appear for the walk in interview on 09.01.2025 at 9:00 AM at the address mentioned below with the following documents (1 set of photo copy):
