Walk in Drive Interview for HR Operations at WIPRO. ( FRESHERS & EXPERIENCED)

Walk-In Interview on January 27th 2025

Time: 2:00 pm- 4:00pm

Venue:
Gigaplex Building 3, Mindspace –
Airoli West, 3rd Floor, Plot no. 1.T.5, MIDC, Airoli – 400708

Experience:- 6-36 Months

Transport:- One side Cab Facilities provided

Associate Back office(Process: US HR operations)

Immediate Joiners only

Job Definition-

Fielding all incoming help requests from clients via telephone and/or emails in a courteous manner.

Document all pertinent end user identification information, including name, department, contact information and nature of problem or issue.

Identify and learn appropriate

Summary product details to facilitate better client interaction and troubleshooting.

Record, track, and document all queries received, problem-solving steps taken and total successful and unsuccessful resolutions.

Follow standard processes and procedures to resolve all client procedures to resolve all client queries.

Resolve client queries as per the SLA’s defined in the contract.

Maintain logs and records of all customer queries as per the standard procedures and guidelines.

Experience:- Any/Basic MS Excel

Category:- Back office/Data handling or data management

Working Conditions:- Fixed evening shift (5 days working). Saturdays and Sundays are fixed off.

Any graduate – BA/B.Com/B.Sc (non-technical), MA, M.Com, part time MBA, PGDM.

Work Location:- Airoli

NOTE:- Mandate to carry hardcopy of resume, your original ID Card (Aadhaar and PAN) and final (Double) vaccination certificate.
