Trainee – Quality
Job Responsibilities:
Operate and troubleshoot instruments such as HPLC, GC, LC, FTIR, AAS and Other microbiology lab instruments.
Create and maintain training documentation for individual staff in the Lab.
Release and hold product(s) as necessary in the Warehouse Management System
Troubleshoot assays and equipment when unexpected results occur.
Perform data entry and data analysis, review quality documents, test records and shelf-life program.
Work together with the Quality management to improve all Quality functions.
Create and maintain quality documentation of equipment and instruments used in the lab; create/revise Standard Operating Procedures

Team Member – EHS
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in compliance reviews, Hazard & risk assessments and other safety assessments to support Health, Safety and Environment management.
Maintain relevant EHS logs and documentation and prepare reports as per organisation requirements.
Observe SHE regulations, carry out Safety inspection and audits, , encourages employees for adherence to safe working practices, helps in correcting the unsafe practices and conditions.
Assist in the development and presentation of relevant EHS training.
Driving Contractor ssfety management at site
Ability to evaluate PPE and ensure proper use and maintenance of PPE

Trainee – Quality Assurance
Job Responsibilities
To implement quality assurance processes, procedures and capabilities in order to sustain good manufacturing practices and making recommendation for improvement as appropriate.
To validate all process equipments and product contact utilities.
Participate in quality assurance programme for new product development, customer complaints resolution, diagnosis, trouble-shooting etc.
To ensure Quality and Safety data entry, trending reports and training records.
SOP and Document Control Program: Review, update and maintain Quality Manual. Organize and maintain all SOP’s and related documents (authors and revision dates), and enter all documents into shared drive. Notify managers and team leaders when revisions of procedures are due.
Ensure hygiene standards and comply with all certification bodies and regulations.
Providing accurate and relevant information as required by the business
Critical Success Factors
QA standards & processes at food, pharma and dairy industry
