Intern – India
Job Responsibilities:
• Produce daily profit and loss for the business unit/trading center
• Provide necessary transparency of controls done either for quality assurance or for final validation and control performance
• Obtain necessary sign-off from Front-Office (Traders) of the reported P&L
• Resolve daily FOBO cash breaks for the business
• Participate in CTB (Change the Bank) initiatives of the team as well as domain-wide
• Liaise with different support teams for escalation and remediation of daily issues encountered
• Collaborate with Financial Controllers and Business Relationship managers to ensure front to back controls are managed effectively.
• Work with different stakeholders to improve existing processes and outputs
Qualification:
• Relevant experience in Financial Services / Product Control
• For T+1 role, a Business or Accountancy based degree, with Flash role having a more Mathematical / Engineering / IT focused degree. For both further relevant studies and/or a Masters is an advantage

We are seeking candidates with strong communication skills, commitment, integrity and the ability to work as part of a team. You can expect to spend your internship alongside the investment bankers based in Milan, working on M&A, Leveraged Finance and Equity Capital Markets origination and execution assignments. Tasks may include evaluating companies, developing models for M&A transactions, preparing industry statistics for pitches or getting involved in the execution of live deals.
Job Responsibilities
Perform research and due diligence to support the team in origination efforts and live executions.
Perform extensive financial/valuation analyses and sharpen your technical skills in the context of mergers, acquisitions and capital raising transactions.
Effectively synthesize complex information to convey detailed financial modeling outcomes to senior bankers.
Support the team in the development, production and delivery of proposals and presentations to clients, expanding your understanding of clients’ needs and challenges.
Qualification:
Excellent academic record supported by a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or similar fields.
