Digital Marketing Assistant – Brazil
Job Description:
Will provide support to the end user, via email and/or chat, in relation to problems related to the use and functionalities of a Google product;
Will help clients proactively and receptively, by phone, chat and e-mail.
It will provide a professional face of the company to our clients;
Will work with multichannel: phone, chat and e-mail always keeping focus on beating the established goals.
Necessary skills and experience required:
Experience with customer;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese;
Comfortable with an environment that changes quickly and constantly;
Ability to quickly learn customer service software applications;
Comprehension of the principles and practices of customer service;
Knowledge of support tools and service indicators.
Unsuccessful Skills
Intermediate or advanced English;
Knowledge of Google products (Maps, Play Store, Ads, Analytics, etc.)
Proven ability to perform various tasks at the same time, paying strict attention to quality guidelines;
Work experience in a B2B company environment;
Strong problem solving skills;
