Job Description:
As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing sophisticated systems and software basis the customer’s business goals, needs and general business environment creating software solutions.
Develop, test and integrate code for new or existing software while following source code revision control
Troubleshoot software reliability and performance issues
Review requirements, specifications and designs, developing and implementing tests for product quality and performance assurance
Assist with the development and review of (technical) end user documentation
Drive idea generation for new software products or for the next version of an existing product
Qualification:
Entry level position requiring basic knowledge of programming languages, operating systems and databases
Debugging skills for simple programs using either written or verbal design specifications
A good understanding of hardware and software interactions
First-hand experience with server, storage, networking and client technologies
Insight into software architectures and applications
Desirable:

Software Engineer 1 – IT
Our IT Software Engineer team will be involved in turning business requirements into technology solutions by designing, coding and testing/debugging applications, as well as documenting procedures for use and constantly seeking quality improvements.
Resolve all incidents, service requests, and work orders within Service Level Agreements targets.
Ensure proper handoff of issues.
Timely and accurately document resolution activities
Diagnose, prioritize and escalate tickets to Incident Management, Identify application and process improvements.
Follow up on escalated issues where applicable, identify needed Knowledge Base articles and support documentation to Level 2.
Qualification:
Individuals who experience in software applications or Infrastructure knowledge support will have added advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills and fluency (written and spoken) in English.
Strong team player with ability to work in a team and as individual contributor.
Good analytical, problem solving, negotiation and organizational skills.
Coding language skillset preferable on C++, Python, Java, GITLab, Powershell, .Net framework etc.
Desirable:

Analyst, Cybersecurity Engineering & Operations – Malaysia
Resolve Technical support issues/incidents related to SailPoint IdentityNow technology.
Implement modern Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) capabilities on SailPoint
IdentityNow/other technologies to maintain/enhance our security and compliance posture by enabling various IGA automation capabilities.
Participate in shift work arrangements in place to enable 24×7 access/identity security issue resolution coverage for Dell’s global operations.
Enable continuous monitoring of IAM services, critical for SOX/compliance requirements.
Continuously acquire knowledge of modern IGA technologies and participate in the implementation of those.
Experience in IAM/Identity Governance tools/technologies like SailPoint, Okta etc.
Application development experience utilizing Java, Oracle, and SQL with strong foundational knowledge of Software Engineering and Object-Oriented Programming.
Hands-on experience with any Identity Governance (IGA) tools will be a significant advantage.
Excellent learning aptitude, with the ability to learn and become productive quickly in newer technologies.
Requirements

Requirements:
8 to 12 years of UEFI development experience or 10+ years C programming expertise for Embedded systems / micro controllers. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Desirable Requirements
