We are currently seeking an Associate to join our US Equity Research team in Industrials- Multi Industry.
Job Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain earnings, valuation and industry models leveraging skills in accounting, finance and economics.
• Write research reports for initiations of coverage, analysis of data, earnings results, and industry news.
• Interact with institutional investors, respond to requests for models and data analysis.
• Keep abreast of industry-related news flow. Analyze implications of news/industry developments to companies under coverage.
• Develop and maintain relationships with investor relations personnel and management of companies under coverage.
• Conduct industry diligence and primary research through surveys, expert conference calls, and various channel checks to evaluate industry trends.
• Assist internal sales and trading teams in the timely analysis of breaking news in the sector
Qualifications:
• The candidate will have 2 to 5 years of professional experience in Equity Research, Investment Banking, or Capital Markets. Ideally sector specific experience.
• Experience utilizing Excel to Build / Maintain Financial models, an advanced level of excel proficiency is expected and required
• Experience writing in a professional capacity, e.g. crafting equity research notes / correspondence; presentation and/or development of industry reports
• Strong PowerPoint skills are required
• Expected to be adaptable and have the ability to work well under pressure
• Strong attention to detail is a must

Analyst/Associate – Product Control (Finance) – India
Job Description:
We have openings across Equities and Fixed division and are looking to hire at an Associate & Analyst level for our Product controller team.
Perform daily validation and substantiation of P&L between Risk and the reporting system.
– Prepare daily P&L reports for distribution to the business unit and finance managers for review.
– Understand the strategy, products, and inherent risks of business being supported.
– Understand the risk & reporting systems and contribute to enhancing the control environment.
– Resolve or Escalate issues in a timely manner to Manager
– Be part of Finance related projects, process enhancements, UAT testing etc.
– Other P&L related tasks and requests as required.
Skills required
– Strong academic background including a Graduation in Commerce, specialization in Financial Accounting
– Chartered Accountant or equivalent specialization in Finance preferred
– Prior Business Unit/ Product control experience with knowledge of financial products, Accounting & Capital Market
– Strong analytical skills
– Attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines

Job Responsibilities:
An opportunity exists for a Research Analyst to join our highly rated Australia Mining Research team, working with our lead Australia Mining Analyst.
Creating and maintaining models by leveraging skills in Mining, Accounting, Finance, and economics.
Covering and co-covering stocks in the gold and base metals space along with support on Battery Metals and bulks.
Researching and carrying out data analysis on time series data.
Writing reports on companies or sector focus in the mining space.
Responding to requests for data and information from internal and external clients.
Assisting in the design and preparation of analyst marketing materials.
Collaborating with domestic, regional and global colleagues on research projects.
Developing relationships and interacting with colleagues in research, equity sales and trading and wealth management, as well as institutional clients, investor relations professionals, company
management and other industry participants.
Qualifications:
We are ideally looking for a minimum of 1 year and up to 5 years of professional experience, and relevant industry experience is highly regarded. The successful candidate should demonstrate:
Proven experience gained either in a similar role or as a combination of operational (mining) and financial (in a similar role) experience.
Prior mining knowledge/experience would be highly regarded.
Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in finance, commerce, mining engineering and geology are
Preferred.
Advanced Excel skills are required for this role.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
