- Performing monthly Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) data scrubs which include OCC and CFPB HMDA Plus expanded fields
- Completing 100% scrubs monthly and logging/tracking data exception issues through the HMDA software
- Resolution of issues identified during the monthly HMDA scrubs with our Home Loans Business and TL Business
- Performing Compliance impact analysis
- Documentation, data gathering and review
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or similar
- 2+ years of experience working in a professional environment
- Knowledge of Residential Mortgage Lending, Tailored Lending (TL) products, HMDA Regulation C & related banking regulations and mortgage documents like 1003, 1008, Disclosures, Appraisal, Flood Certificate, Credit report, etc.
- Additional regulations knowledge of Regulation B, P, U, V, X, Z, Flood Insurance, Fair Housing Act, Fair Lending, UDAAP, Homeowners Protection Act, S.A.F.E. Act are beneficial as it will assist in the understanding of the flow of the residential mortgage loan file
